The level of the parking charge is set to cover costs of monitoring and management as this is the most fair way of achieving a properly managed car park.

 

It is payable by the motorist (or on their behalf) so that the cost of parking management is no longer funded by the site owners or those entitled to park.   If you were the registered keeper but not the driver at the time of parking, you should please advise us who the driver was otherwise you may become liable for payment of the ticket.
